5-3-2: ABATEMENT BY VILLAGE; COSTS:
If such person or entity shall fail to comply with said notice, the village president shall cause the same to be cut, and the expense thereof shall be repaid to the village by the owner, person or entity in control of said premises. (1995 Code § 9.302)
