5-2-4: PENALTY:
Any person, firm or corporation violating provisions of this chapter shall be fined as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code for each offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each and every day during or on which a violation occurs. (1995 Code § 9.205; amd. 2012 Code)
