5-2-2: CONTAINERS:
   A.   Required: Every owner, tenant, lessee or occupant of every dwelling unit, motel, hotel, restaurant and other types of businesses on whose premises garbage, rubbish or trash is stored shall provide and at all times keep within such premises garbage containers sufficient to hold all garbage which may accumulate on the premises between collections and disposal, and shall place such containers at all times so as to be accessible for removal and emptying and where they shall not be a public nuisance. (1995 Code § 9.203)
   B.   Specifications: Refuse carts furnished by the refuse collector shall not exceed ninety five (95) gallons' capacity and shall not be filled to exceed two hundred (200) pounds in weight as specified on the container. All other garbage and rubbish containers shall be constructed of metal, rubber or plastic not easily corroded, watertight and rodentproof and shall have a tightfitting cover. Such container shall have a capacity of not more than thirty five (35) gallons and shall be equipped with suitable handles. No container, other than a refuse cart supplied by the refuse collector, shall be so filled to exceed fifty (50) pounds' total weight. (Ord. 469, 1-21-2002)
