5-2-1: DEFINITIONS:
As used in this chapter, the following words and terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section:
GARBAGE: Includes all putrescible matter.
RUBBISH: Means and includes all nonputrescible matter, except "trash" as defined in this section.
TRASH: Includes grass, lawn rakings and other types of yard or agricultural matter. (1995 Code § 9.201)
