5-1-2: NUISANCES PROHIBITED:
No person owning or in possession, charge or control of any building or premises shall erect, contrive, cause, continue, maintain or permit to exist any public nuisance within the village or within the police jurisdiction of the village. (Ord. 504, 6-19-2006)
