(A) The Economic Development Program, as defined by the City Council on 3-18-1997 and approved by the electors of the city at the special election held on 5-20-1997, pursuant to the provisions of the Local Option Municipal Economic Development Act, being Neb. RS 18-2701 et seq., is hereby adopted. The Economic Development Program is published in pamphlet form and incorporated herein by reference as though printed in full. At least one copy of the economic development plan shall be kept on file with the City Clerk and made available for inspection by any member of the public during office hours.
(B) The city shall provide funding for the economic development program equivalent to 1/2¢ of the city sales tax collected by the city.
