§ 3-325 GOLF CARTS; PROHIBITED AREAS.

The use of golf carts shall be prohibited upon the public lands and sidewalks of the municipality except where allowed by resolution of the Governing Body. It shall be unlawful for any person to operate a golf cart upon any private lands without first having obtained permission of the owner, lessee, or operator of such lands.
