§ 3-309 UTILITY TERRAIN VEHICLE; TRAFFIC REGULATIONS APPLICABLE.
   Any person who operates a utility terrain vehicle upon a roadway shall have all of the rights and shall be subject to all of the duties applicable to the driver of a motor vehicle under Chapter 5 of this code and Neb. RS 39-601 to 39-6,122 and amendments thereto, except for those provisions of such sections which by their nature can have no application. Such regulations applicable to utility terrain vehicles shall apply whenever a utility terrain vehicle shall be operated upon any alley, street, or road within the municipality or upon any path set aside by the Department of Roads or local authority for the use of utility terrain vehicles, notwithstanding any established maximum speed limits in excess of 30 miles per hour.
