Any person or persons found violating any provision of this article of the municipal code shall be subject to a fine not to exceed $500, and not less than $200. The continuation of a violation of any part of this article shall be deemed an additional offense for every 24 hours of such continued violation. In addition, the city may obtain injunctive relief, sue for damages and rededication, and pursue any other remedy available to it under the laws of the state or other authority having jurisdiction over such matters.
