§ 7-603 SELECTION OF OFFICERS.
   The Mayor shall annually appoint an Ambulance Director who shall be the presiding officer of the Ambulance Organization and a department head of the city. The members will elect from among themselves at an annual meeting to be held in July of each year hereafter a Secretary-Treasurer and a training officer to serve one-year terms beginning at the annual meeting in July of each year.
