It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to discharge any form of fireworks, except between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. beginning on June 25 and ending on July 2 of each year, and except between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and midnight on July 3 and 4 of each year. If any of the dates beginning June 25 and ending July 4 fall on a Sunday, permitted fireworks may be discharged only after noon on that day.
