§ 7-311 OPEN FIRES; LOCATION.
   It shall be unlawful to locate a burning barrel, fire-proof trash burner or any type of burning receptacle in which fires are set to burn within ten feet of any utility pole, transformer, gas meter, pedestal, transclosure and the like.
