Prior to the moving, erection, placement or construction of any building in the fire limits, application must be made to the city’s Building Official. Construction shall include the enlarging or alteration of any building in the fire limits. Such application shall be furnished by the City Clerk and shall require such information as the city’s Building Official deems necessary to determine whether or not to grant a building permit.
