§ 5-501 VIOLATION; PENALTY.

Any and all persons violating any of the provisions of the several articles of this chapter, for which penalty is not therein provided, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined in any sum not exceeding that permitted by state law for violation of a municipal ordinance.
