§ 5-308 MATERIALS; EXTENT OF REPAIRS PERMISSIBLE; WIDTH.

All sidewalks on either side of the streets and avenues of the city, which shall be hereafter constructed, reconstructed or replaced shall be subject to the prior approval and specifications as determined by the Building Official.
