§ 5-212 GROUND WATER DISCHARGE.
   It shall be unlawful to discharge ground water from any sump pump, well or similar device onto any city street when the outdoor temperature is 35°F or colder, when said water will flow across any street intersection. Additionally, it shall be unlawful to discharge during five consecutive calendar days without stopping such discharge for a minimum of 72 hours when said discharge will traverse 1,000 feet or more of city streets before draining into a storm sewer or other part of the drainage system.
