The Mayor and City Council may, on their own motion, by resolution, fix the time and place for a hearing on whether or not a licensee has violated any section of the state’s Liquor Control Act, being Neb. RS 53-101 et seq., the regulations of the state’s Liquor Control Commission or this code, which resolution shall state the section or sections in question. Said resolution shall be served in the same manner and within the same time as the initial resolution mentioned in§ 4-307, and insofar as possible the procedure shall be the same as is provided in that section.
