(A) (1) It shall be lawful to sell alcoholic liquors within the corporate limits of the city for consumption on and off the premises only during the following hours:

Sunday through Friday | 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. |
Saturday | 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m. Sunday |
(2) Provided, the sale of alcoholic liquors, including beer, for on and off sale shall be permitted until 1:00 a.m. on the day following Veterans Day and December 31.
(B) No person or persons shall consume any alcoholic beverages on licensed premises for a period of time longer than 15 minutes after the time fixed herein for stopping the sale of alcoholic beverages on said premises.
