§ 4-302 LICENSE REQUIRED.

No persons shall manufacture for sale, sell, keep for sale, barter or exchange under any pretext any alcoholic liquor within the city unless said person shall have in full force and effect a license therefor as provided by the state’s Liquor Control Act, being Neb. RS 53-101 et seq., as amended.
