§ 3-504 PEDESTRIAN AND MOTOR VEHICLE RIGHT-OF-WAY.

   Any person operating roller skates, in-line skates, skateboards or bicycles upon a sidewalk or street, where not otherwise prohibited, shall do so at his or her own risk and shall yield the right-of-way to any and all pedestrians and motor vehicles.
