§ 3-409 TIME LIMIT, MAXIMUM.
   (A)   The parking of a motor vehicle on a public street or other municipal property for a period of time longer than 96 hours is unlawful, except where a different maximum time limit is posted.
   (B)   The parking of a trailer, boat trailer, camper, fifth-wheel camper, or any like object, not currently attached to a licensed motor vehicle, on a public street or other municipal property, for a period of time longer than four hours is unlawful, except when specifically authorized by the City Council.
   (C)   The parking of a dumpster or roll-off container shall be allowed by permit. A permit shall be issued upon receipt by the city of a $100 fee which shall be refunded if the dumpster or roll-off container is removed within 20 days of its arrival. On the twenty-first day, an additional $10 daily fee shall apply. Reflective tape with a total surface area no less than four inches by 48 inches shall be applied to each end of any container.
   (D)   This section shall not apply to “junk motor vehicles” or “abandoned motor vehicles”, as defined in the municipal code.
