§ 3-201 DEFINITIONS.

   For the purpose of this article, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.

   PUBLIC PROPERTY. Any public right-of-way, street, alley, highway, park or other state, county or municipally-owned property.

   PRIVATE PROPERTY. Any privately-owned property, which is not included within the definition of public property.

   VEHICLE. As defined in Neb. RS 60-339.
