The words and phrases used in this chapter pertaining to motor vehicles and traffic regulations shall be construed as defined in Neb. RS Ch. 60, Art. 6, as now existing or as hereafter amended, unless the context otherwise requires; and, if not so defined, the common meaning of such words and phrases shall prevail.
