The City Treasurer is also required to publish or cause to be published in a legal weekly newspaper published in or of general circulation in said city within 60 days following the end of each fiscal year a report of the activities of his or her office, which said report shall show in detail all receipts, disbursements, warrants outstanding and the debit or credit balance of the city.
