§ 2-404 FOWLS; RUNNING AT LARGE, PROHIBITION.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to allow poultry, chickens, turkeys, geese or any other fowls to run at large within the corporate limits, except in enclosed places on private property.
   (B)   In the event of a public health emergency, as determined by the Mayor, a prohibition against keeping, housing, selling, or auctioning of wild or domestic chickens, ducks, geese, or any other fowl within the primary policing jurisdiction of the city may be enacted. The prohibition shall be made in writing by the Mayor and posted at City Hall. The prohibition shall stay in effect until such time that the Mayor, in writing, lifts the prohibition.
