PARALLEL REFERENCES
§ 2-323 UNLICENSED KENNELS; NUISANCE.
   It is hereby declared that it is and shall be a nuisance for any person, corporation, partnership or other entity to maintain, keep, conduct or operate any kennel within the zoning jurisdiction of the city without first obtaining a permit therefor.
