§ 33.037  CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION.
   Members of the Police Department shall not communicate to any person or persons, other than official law enforcement agents, regarding persons wanted, persons arrested, criminal records, Department orders or regulations or any other information that may disclose the privacy or purposes of the Department.
