§ 33.034  PUBLIC OR COMMUNITY CONTROVERSIES OR PARTISAN ISSUES.
   Officers shall avoid all public expression on any community issue or controversy relating to any partisan issues, and shall avoid expression that may in any way involve the Police Department in these issues. Violations of this provision shall be considered to be conduct injurious to public peace or welfare.
