§ 33.032  SUSPENSION, DISMISSAL OR RESIGNATION.
   (A)   Officers on suspension, dismissal or resignation will immediately surrender to the Town Marshal all equipment owned by the Police Department.
   (B)   Officers desiring to resign from the Department shall submit their request to the Marshal and the Council in writing. Officers failing to submit a request shall be considered absent without leave.
