§ 33.030  PATROL WORK OUTSIDE TOWN.
   Officers shall not patrol outside the town, except in immediate or fresh pursuit of a violator, in emergency investigations or other emergencies or on the express permission of the Town Marshal. Violation of this provision shall be considered a violation of the rules and regulations of the Police Department.
