§ 33.029  PAYMENT OF JUST DEBTS.
   Officers shall avoid obligation of debts which are beyond their ability to meet and shall meet all obligations with reasonable promptness. Violation of this provision shall be considered to be a violation of the rules and regulations of the Police Department.
