§ 33.023  RECOMMENDING ATTORNEYS OR BAIL BONDSMEN.
   Officers are prohibited from directly or indirectly recommending the employment of any person as attorney or counsel or suggesting the names of any bail bondsman to any person. Violation of this provision shall be considered a violation of the rules of the Police Department.
