§ 33.020  ENTERING ESTABLISHMENT SELLING INTOXICATING LIQUORS.
   (A)   Officers on duty, or officers off duty in uniform, shall not enter any immediate premises where intoxicating liquors are sold or consumed, except in the immediate performance of specific police duty.
   (B)   This regulation shall not forbid an officer from eating in a restaurant or entering another establishment which is principally engaged in services or sale of goods other than intoxicating liquors; provided, the officer does not take a place at the bar or is served at the bar. Violation of this section shall be considered a violation of the rules of the Department.
