§ 33.017  PUBLISHING OR REVEALING POLICE INFORMATION.
   (A)   Officers of the Police Department shall not make statements, written or oral, for publication or broadcast concerning any Department activities, operations, policies or cases without permission of the Town Marshal.
   (B)   Officers shall not communicate to any person not entitled thereto information concerning any proposed police action or any other information concerning Departmental operations or activities which are of a confidential nature, unless delegated to do so by the Town Marshal.
   (C)   Violation of this section shall be a violation of the rules of the Department.
