§ 33.015  DISAGREEMENT WITH ORDERS.
   Officers who disagree with orders or policies of the Police Department shall refrain from destructive criticism of these orders with other officers of the Department or with members of the public. They may discuss them with the Town Marshal in a civil, courteous and respectful manner. They must obey the lawful orders or directions which they receive, but may discuss them later. Failure to do so will be considered a breach of discipline.
