(A) All officers shall report in full uniform, clean, neatly shaven, clothes pressed, shoes shined and all equipment in serviceable condition. Failure to do so shall be considered a violation of the Police Department rules.
(B) Officers shall never appear in partial uniform either on or off duty. If the officer appears in public in full uniform, he or she shall be considered as on duty and subject to all the rules and regulations of the Department. Failure to do so shall be considered a violation of Police Department rules.
