§ 33.010  OUTSIDE EMPLOYMENT.
   (A)   Each officer engaging in regular outside employment shall seek and obtain permission from the Town Marshal for permission to engage in regular outside employment.
   (B)   Permission for regular outside employment will be granted if it does not conflict with the following:
      (1)   Availability for emergency duty;
      (2)   Capacity or competence to perform the police duties;
      (3)   The public welfare or public peace;
      (4)   What is considered moral conduct for a police officer;
      (5)   Conduct becoming to a police officer;
      (6)   Legal conduct or activity; and
      (7)   Rules of the Department.
