§ 33.009  EMERGENCY DUTY FOR ALL MEMBERS.
   (A)   Each officer of the Police Department shall be available for emergency duty on call from the Department.
   (B)   Failure or refusal to respond to a call to duty in these instances shall be considered neglect or disobedience of orders.
