§ 33.003  SUPERIOR OFFICERS.
   (A)   Superior officers, when coming in contact with persons under their command, shall set examples of sobriety, discipline, energy, activity, neatness, accuracy, thoroughness, courage, moderation and dignity, and shall not indulge in unofficer-like familiarity with them.
   (B)   Superior officers shall be held responsible for all orders given by them to their subordinates.
