The Town Council shall have the authority to cause any property to be brought in compliance with this chapter and, in addition thereto, to issue citations for violations. Whoever violates any provision of this chapter, upon conviction, shall be fined not less than $25, nor more than $100, for each offense. Each day of non-compliance shall constitute a distinct and separate offense.
