§ 156.01  DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   FENCE. An enclosure, barrier or boundary wall made of posts, boards, wire, concrete, stakes or rails, including, but not limited to, entrance and exit gates designed and constructed for the purpose of enclosure or screening. A PRIVACY FENCE is any opaque enclosure, barrier or boundary wall in excess of three feet in height designed and constructed for the purpose of enclosure or screening.
