(A) No satellite receiver shall be placed in a front yard or side yard that is on a street within the town as of the date of the final passage of this chapter. The use of satellite receivers already placed in front or side yards, at the effective date of this chapter, may be continued, but these non-conforming uses may not be enlarged, extended, reconstructed or structurally altered, except in compliance with the provisions of this chapter. No satellite receiver shall be placed closer than five feet to any property line, nor shall the receiver extend over property line by attaching the receiver to any fixture.
(B) If a satellite receiver is attached to any fixture, the fixture shall not be placed closer than five feet to any property line.
