(A) Council has determined that it would be in the best interest of the citizens of the town if the placement of satellite receivers, dishes or similar structures for the purpose of receiving television or other electronic signals was regulated.
(B) No person shall place or mount any satellite receiver without having first obtained a permit from the town. The fee for such permit shall be $15.
