§ 154.145  CERTAIN CONDITIONAL USES PERMISSIBLE; PERMIT REQUIRED.
   The following uses, or structural alterations thereto, which are classified as conditional uses, may be permitted by the Board of Zoning Appeals in accordance with the procedure specified in § 154.146 of this chapter:
   (A)   Airport or aircraft landing field;
   (B)   Amusement park;
   (C)   Baseball park;
   (D)   Cemetery or crematory;
   (E)   Country club or golf course;
   (F)   Fire station;
   (G)   Hospital;
   (H)   Motel;
   (I)   Outdoor theater;
   (J)   Penal or correctional institution;
   (K)   Practice golf driving range;
   (L)   Public utilities building or right-of-way;
   (M)   Radio or television transmitting tower;
   (N)   Railroad right-of-way including buildings essential to the operation of railroads;
   (O)   Sanitary fill or refuse dump;
   (P)   Sewage disposal or garbage disposal; and
   (Q)   Trailer or public camp.
