§ 32.14 UNIFORM, EQUIPMENT AND SUPPLIES.

   (A)   Each member of the Fire Department shall be issued the following equipment by the Chief or any other officer he or she deems to do this and shall be signed for at that time:

      (1)   Boots;

      (2)   Fire coats;

      (3)   Fire helmet;

      (4)   Fire gloves;

      (5)   Dress uniform; and

      (6)   Radio monitor or radio equipment.

   (B)   Each member, upon leaving the Fire Department by suspension, dismissal, resignation, retirement or the like, shall return the above equipment in “A” or any other Fire Department equipment in good condition and at the fire station.

   (C)   Each member is responsible for any and all equipment issued or furnished to him or her until returned to the Chief or officer of his or her decision.
