§ 32.12  RESIDENCE REQUIREMENTS.
   (A)   Where the term IMMEDIATE AREA is used in this section, it shall include that area within the designated fire district.
   (B)   All members of the town’s Fire Department drawing full pay and other benefits shall be residents of the designated fire district; have employment within the immediate area of the town or county; and be available 24 hours a day to answer any emergency.
   (C)   All other members not qualifying under division (B) above will be classified as irregular members.
