All weatherheads shall be located high enough to maintain the following clearances. All service wires must have a ten-foot ground clearance over lawns, sidewalks and the like or a service mast shall be used. All service wires must have an 18-foot clearance over driveways. All service wires must have a 27-foot clearance over railroads. Service conductors must have a clearance of 36 inches from windows, doors, porches, fire escapes and the like.
