§ 152.22  OUTLETS AND SWITCH-POINTS.
   At least six inches of free conductor shall be left at each out-let and switch-point where there is the making up of joints or the connection of fixture devices (NEC 300-14). These outlets and switch- points shall be left open for final inspection. All junction boxes shall be readily accessible for the purpose of inspection.
