All manufactured or mobile homes shall be anchored, meeting one of the following approved standards:
(A) Installation pursuant to manufacturer’s specifications;
(B) Installation pursuant to the design of the entire support and anchoring system by a registered professional engineer or architect; and/or
(C) Installation pursuant to the regulations established in the ANSI/NFPA 501a Installation Standards.
