No person, owner, agent, lessee, contract purchaser or renter shall construct or cause to be constructed any private swimming pool in the town without first obtaining a building permit from the Building Officer. Such application for permit shall show the location on the premises, maximum depth, and area of the pool. The fee for the permit shall be $10 for each 1,000 cubic feet or fraction thereof to be contained within the proposed pool.
